10dr.net is a pre-launch marketing and waitlist site for a future tendering platform and RFQ marketplace. No tendering, procurement, or commercial services are provided at this time. Joining the waitlist does not create any contractual obligation on either party beyond data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

This site and any information on it are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations that:
- The platform will launch on any specific date or at all
- Waitlist membership guarantees access to the platform
- Any specific features described will be implemented as described

By submitting a waitlist form, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- The information you provide is accurate and truthful
- You will not submit multiple entries to game any priority system
- You will not attempt to access, probe, or disrupt our systems

All content on 10dr.net, including the 10dr wordmark, connection mark, taglines, and design, is the intellectual property of 10dr. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10dr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on any information herein.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Federal Law). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
