1. Who we are
10dr (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website 10dr.net, a pre-launch tendering platform and RFQ marketplace. Our primary contact for data matters is admin@10dr.net.
2. What data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect:
- Name — as entered in the waitlist form
- Email address — to notify you when 10dr launches
- Company name — to understand who is interested
- Role — buyer, supplier, or other
- Use case — optional free-text field
- IP address — logged automatically by our server
- User agent — browser and device type, logged automatically
3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)
We collect your data with your consent (you submit the form voluntarily) for the following purposes:
- To manage the waitlist and notify you when 10dr is ready
- To understand demand by role, industry, and geography
- To prevent spam or abusive submissions (IP / user agent)
We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or share it with data brokers.
4. How long we keep your data
We retain waitlist data until:
- 10dr launches and you are onboarded, or
- You request deletion (see Section 6), or
- The project is discontinued (data deleted within 30 days)
5. Third-party services
Currently, data is stored in a MySQL database on our PHP shared hosting (Tasjeel / Labiba.ae). We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms at this time.
When we add email notification capability (e.g. via Resend or similar), we will update this policy and notify waitlist members.
6. Your rights (GDPR & applicable law)
Regardless of your location, you may:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Delete — request removal from the waitlist and all associated data
- Correct — ask us to correct inaccurate entries
- Export — receive your data in a portable format (CSV or JSON)
- Withdraw consent — opt out at any time by emailing us
To exercise any of these rights, email admin@10dr.net. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
10dr.net does not currently use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies. A session may be used for form submission processing only.
8. Security
Data is stored on a password-protected shared hosting environment. Admin access is restricted to authorised individuals. We do not store payment information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email.
